Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all data we hold about you — including all Facebook data received via the Facebook Graph API — at any time. We will respond within 30 days.

What we will delete

• Your PostFlow account and login credentials
• All Facebook Page access tokens stored by PostFlow
• All scheduled and published post content
• Your subscription and usage data
• Any images you uploaded through PostFlow

Note: payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance as required by UK law. This data is held by Stripe and contains no Facebook data.

Option 1 — Email us

Send an email to hello@mandalar.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your PostFlow account email so we can locate your data.

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Option 2 — Delete your account in PostFlow

If you have access to your PostFlow account, go to Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete my account. This immediately deletes your account and all associated data including Facebook tokens.

Option 3 — Revoke access via Facebook

You can revoke PostFlow's access to your Facebook account directly:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find Post Flow in the list
3. Click Remove

This revokes Facebook access but does not delete your PostFlow account data. Email us to complete full deletion.
